Terms of Service

Last updated: September 20, 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Virloom, including our website, AI image editing tools, account system, credits, subscriptions, and related features.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service and AI Model Disclosure

Virloom provides browser-based AI image editing and image generation tools. The service may allow you to upload images, enter prompts, select models, generate outputs, store results, and purchase credits or subscriptions.

Virloom currently provides access to GPT Image 2 and GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst, Nano Banana 2 and Nano Banana Pro by Google, and Seedream 5 Pro by ByteDance for image generation and editing. Video features use Seedance 2.0 Mini, Seedance 2.0 Fast, Seedance 2.0 Pro, and Seedance 2.5 by ByteDance. The model used for a request is also shown in the generator or editor interface before submission.

Available models may change as providers update, rename, restrict, or discontinue their services. When the available model lineup changes, the current model names will be displayed in the relevant generation interface.

We may update, change, suspend, or remove features at any time to improve the product, comply with law, or protect the platform.

3. Accounts

You may need an account to use some features. You are responsible for keeping your login method and account access secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.

You must provide accurate information and use the service only in a lawful manner.

4. User Content and Permissions

You are responsible for the images, prompts, and other content you submit to the service. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload, edit, generate, use, and publish that content.

You may not use the service to infringe intellectual property rights, violate privacy or publicity rights, create unlawful content, or submit harmful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent material.

5. Generated Outputs

The service uses AI systems to generate or edit images based on your inputs. Results may vary, may not always be accurate, and may sometimes contain errors, unexpected details, or similarities to other content.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in personal, public, or commercial contexts.

6. Credits and Public Pricing

Virloom uses prepaid credits. Our current one-time credit packages are: Starter — 500 credits for USD $9.90; Popular — 1,500 credits for USD $19.90; and Pro — 3,000 credits for USD $29.90. Purchased credits do not expire.

Generation and editing costs vary by model, resolution, duration, and other selected options. The applicable credit cost is shown in the generation interface before you submit a request, and credits are deducted when the request is submitted. Failed eligible requests are refunded automatically when confirmed by the service.

The package price and included credits displayed on the public pricing page and at checkout control at the time of purchase. We may change future prices, package structure, included credits, or product offerings, but a change will not reduce credits already purchased and added to your account.

Refund requests and payment disputes are handled under our Refund Policy and the payment provider process shown at checkout.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake. By making a purchase, you also agree to the applicable terms and policies of Waffo Pancake.

We are not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or external payment processor.

8. AI Content Policy and Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to break the law, interfere with the platform, bypass limits, scrape the service, probe for vulnerabilities, spread malware, abuse payment systems, or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.

You must not request, upload, generate, edit, publish, or share any of the prohibited content listed below, including attempts to evade safety filters or disguise prohibited intent.

Prompts and other request data may be screened by automated or manual safety systems before or after processing. We may block a request, remove public content, restrict features, preserve relevant records, suspend or terminate an account, and report conduct to service providers or authorities when required by law.

  • Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, sexually explicit nudity or sexual acts, sexual services, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexualized content intended for arousal.
  • Violence or graphic content: graphic injury, gore, torture, mutilation, glorification of extreme violence, or content that meaningfully facilitates violent wrongdoing.
  • Hate speech or hateful content: content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics.
  • Child sexual abuse or unsafe child content: any CSAM, sexualized depiction of a minor, grooming, exploitation, trafficking, or content that places a child at risk. This prohibition applies to real, fictional, illustrated, and AI-generated content.
  • Deepfakes or impersonation: deceptive or non-consensual depictions of a real person, impersonation, identity misuse, fraud, or content falsely presented as an authentic event, statement, endorsement, or intimate image.
  • Copyright or trademark infringement: content that unlawfully copies, distributes, counterfeits, or misuses copyrighted works, trademarks, logos, characters, likenesses, or other intellectual property.

9. Reporting Prohibited or Illegal Content

To report public content, use the Report action shown on the relevant prompt or template page when available. For generated content, account misuse, or anything that cannot be reported in-product, email connect@virloom.com with the subject line “Safety Report.”

Include the page URL, task or template identifier if available, the reason for the report, and enough context for us to locate and evaluate the content. Do not download, copy, or email suspected CSAM or other illegal imagery; provide only the URL or identifier and a written description.

We review reports and may restrict access, remove or disable content, preserve evidence, suspend or terminate accounts, and notify relevant service providers, child-safety organizations, or law-enforcement authorities when appropriate or legally required. We may request additional information, but we may not be able to disclose enforcement details for privacy, safety, or legal reasons.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate law-enforcement authority first.

10. Intellectual Property

Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are granted to you in our software, trademarks, or site content.

11. Availability and Disclaimers

We try to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every request will complete successfully.

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
